HOW DOES THE UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS WORK?

Blowout reservations can be made for any day of the week from 7AM to 4PM this summer until Labor Day. Your UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS doesn't apply to reservations before 7AM and after 4PM. Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any add-on options (lashes, braids, clip-in extensions and half-ups) are not included in the UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS, but can be added to your reservation for the applicable additional price.

HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS?

STYLEBEE will charge you a monthly $119 fee for as many blowout reservations as you’d like this summer from June to Labor Day. The UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS does not include the standard 20% gratuity, which goes to your professional for her travel and work. The gratuity will be based on the initial retail price and will apply only after each and every blowout is performed. The UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS will automatically renew at the monthly purchase price. You can cancel your pass at any time within 48 hours before your renewal date by sending us an email to support@stylebee.com. You will receive an email with your renewal date, and you can always change your payment method, address information, or cancel your pass before you're automatically billed for your next term. Your pass is valid for 30 days from the purchase date and is available to be purchased up to August 3rd.

CAN I REQUEST THE SAME PROFESSIONAL?

If you have a preference for a particular professional, you can let us know in the notes of your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to her availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE?

We understand that sometimes things come up, however, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 4 hours from the start time of your appointment, your credit card will be billed the full price of the service booked.

CAN I USE UNLIMITED ON THE APP OR ON THE MOBILE SITE?

Once you have purchased your UNLIMITED BLOWOUTS PASS on the STYLEBEE website, you may make your reservations using the website or the STYLEBEE iOS app*

CAN I REQUEST ANY STYLE?

STYLEBEE professionals can execute any style you’re going for! From smooth and sleek, to full and bouncy, have fun with your look and try something new. You may even choose to upgrade your Blowout by selecting options from our Add-On Menu (additional cost applied)

I HAVE HAIR EXTENSIONS. ARE THEY INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS?

We love the full, long-hair look, too! While your STYLEBEE professional will be happy to install your clip-in extensions for you, this is an option on our Add-On Menu and the additional cost of $25 will be applied.

IF I HAVE THE UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS, CAN I ADD OTHER SERVICES?

Absolutely! We know that you may want to add an additional service like Makeup for a night out and are happy to accommodate you. Simply make your reservations as you normally would, and your UNLIMITED BLOWOUT PASS will apply.
