How soon am I going to be matched?
We can find the best STYLEBEE artist for you in 3 hours. As soon as your appointment has been matched with one of our beauty professional you will be notified by email and text message. You can always check who is your professional checking your upcoming appointments.
When am I going to be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged after the completion of your service or if you cancel last minute (cancellation policy). STYLEBEE has made it easy for you to know exactly what your total appointment cost will be, without the need to handle cash. Your total charge will include 20% gratuity of the original service price and any add-ons you select.
