My friends and I definitely enjoyed our experience with Jordan, we booked him for a 2-day wedding event and he was a 1 man show who did all of our hair and makeup. He was able to park and be at the location on time despite it being in downtown San Francisco. I loved my look for both days! For my makeup I ended up just showing him my outfit and let him take more control of it since I'm sure he knows best of what kind of look would work. And for the hair he delivered the styles we showed him and most importantly it stayed all throughout the event/night. My hair has always had the problem of not holding curls too well but everything worked out fine. Aside from the work that he did his presence was also fun and light so we were all having a good time. Heather was amazing!!

Alejandra was running late and arrived about 15 minutes after the start of my appointment. That would have been fine, but she then rushed through my hair finishing my updo in about 20-25 minutes, didn’t seem to really pay attention to my inspiration photos. She didn’t bring a mirror so I had to borrow a makeup pallet from the makeup artist in order to see the updo. I was honestly disappointed in my hair for my wedding.

Very nice personality but felt completely rushed. Went for an old Hollywood waves look. No product to hold the waves in was used. Hair and makeup were done in less than 40 minutes and the waves completely fell flat within the hour. Attempted to contact stylist several times but did not receive a response. Honest opinion, it was not worth the $200.

She knew what she was doing when I named her what celebrities I wanted my hair to look like. She is vivacious and has wonderful energy. She is fun and easygoing! Will book again.

Alejandra was a joy to work with and such a sweet woman to have in my home. She was happy to redo a style that didn’t work which I greatly appreciated, although I felt she was quick to jump into the first style without a longer conversation. Ultimately I loved part of the updo, but was disappointed there was no volume in front like I asked for. And the updo started falling out on the second song of dancing.

The hairstyle was ok, I expected a more polished look for the price I paid. The crown my daughter was wearing kept slipping forward because there weren't enough pins and the curls didn't last. The appointment felt rushed.

Amber was really nice, bubbly, and did a nice job on my hair. However, she arrived 40 minutes late to my appointment, when I had previously indicated in my initial questionnaire and in subsequent emails that I had very little flexibility that day (I was the maid of honor for a wedding and had multiple time-sensitive duties). Luckily, I was able to move some of these duties, but the whole situation added quite a bit of stress to the morning. Separately, and unrelated to Amber, Stylebee advertises a referral credit of $20 off but after booking my appointment, I was notified that Stylebee was “renewing their system” and that they would not honor referral codes. I found this to be extremely misleading and false advertisement/bait-and-switch, so it makes me hesitate to use stylebee again. Stylebee should remove the referral code altogether if they’re not going to honor them.

Ashley did an absolutely fantastic job with my hair and makeup. Having never used your service before and not knowing Ashley, I had a little trepidation about taking such a leap of faith before my special event. However, Ashley was a total pro and managed to make me look great. She worked quickly, too — even offering to give my young daughter a quick French braid at the end since we had some time to spare! I came away from this experience thinking I’d 100% use Stylebee (and Ashley) for services again, as it really alleviated a lot of stress. My only negative feedback was that she arrived 30 min late after texting that she was delayed just a couple minutes due to an accident. This made me initially question her professionalism, but then she quickly made up for it with her skills, her ability to listen to my needs/wishes, and her overall very pleasant personality.

My eyelashes were falling off and my hair fell out within an hour of when she had finished. She arrived 45 minutes early then rushed out as soon as she was done. I would not recommend her services although she was very nice and patient with me when I asked her to adjust and change my hair to what I was looking for.

My daughter's friend had some photos pulled up of styles she was interested in, but my daughter didn't think / know to do that -- so my only comment would be that I think it would have been nice if Samone spent a little more time with her looking up photos and confirming what she would like. There was plenty of time -- instead of the booked 2 hours she was done in just a little over 1 hour! My daughter liked but didn't loooove her hairstyle so a little more collaboration would have been great. That's the only thing!
